Angela Davies
Impermafrost Solo Exhibition at S12 Gallery Norway. The installation seeks to encourage reflection on environmental dialogues. The alchemy of glass through the transformative qualities of heat and light allow for connections alluding to ice forms and processes of climate change. The light installation is animated through responsive coding creating projections of the glass embodiments. The cyclical illumination of the works is informed by the shifting states of Arctic sea ice.
17 - 21st November 2017 Impermafrost Installation forms part of the Electronic Art Festival in Norway
